I've been working with @dpaas over last 7+ years; We have developed many products from scratch to client's requirement and also customized them if needed or required by the customer. Their team of engineers are very experienced & skilled professionals who work hard to deliver quality products as per their clients expectation. Sometimes it happens that they need some changes for an already made product which we can't help them out if its not our own project but when we do then there's no problem at all with dpaas support people. They always try & provide me right guidance. There was absolutely nothing which i disliked so far! No issues ever faced while dealing with dpaas support department. Always tried my best to solve any kind of technical issue/question related to digital point solution which our customers face. Helped us delivering high quality solutions as per our customers' demand. It was very smooth. The process of getting to know each other was easy and transparent. The team at Digital POIN8 are always willing to help solve any issues you may be having with your website. They also provide excellent customer service! Some minor points that I would have liked to see addressed. 1) A little more information about their pricing structures. 2) More options for email notifications regarding site changes.
