In short, the watch was too big for my wrist. The "Link Remover Tool" that came with the watch didn't work. A Burei customer service rep quickly responded to my email and sent a complete watch repair toolkit (free to me) that included a "contact remover". It worked great and I wear and love my new watch. It's quite attractive to just read the time. The date is quite small, but okay. The clasp is amazing! Just press the two side buttons and the clasp opens easily. I recommend the Burei watch. Very important!
