I use them to line my garbage can which allows me to just pull the bag out of the bin and on "garbage day" just take the bag to the curb and leave the bin in the garage, so I didn't have to pick it up off the sidewalk after it was empty. I find it amazing how aging increases one's ability to appreciate the simplest things. As for the bags themselves, no matter how thick they are in millimeters, I've never had any issues with their strength. Love how they are individually layered in the box and how easy they are to shake out and open for easy canning.
