Wow, that's exactly what I wanted. It is not visible in the photo but one end block is 10mm and the other is 12mm. The bolt has a 12mm threaded end that goes through the larger block and comes with a special flare nut. The other end is 10mm and fits into another block. It also includes a connector, but it was too small for my stepper motor, but that's not a problem.
