Apparently, this spool is #1 in revains' best seller list. I have had my 3D printer for almost 1 month (ZERO EXPERIENCE with 3D printing. it IS a learning curve), purchased this spool at the same time, you know, planning ahead. For someone completely NEW to 3D printing like I was a month ago. my first two days were a NIGHTMARE. It takes a while to get your printer dialed in. I will say, I have been running this spool nearly every day on a little MonoPrice V2. There are ZERO issues with this filament. Whatever HATCHBOX is doing, they need to keep doing it. I REPEATEDLY start a print with this in the printer, wait about 10 seconds to see the PLA took to the plate, and I walk out for 5 minutes. Again, ZERO ISSUES with this PLA. ZERO. Yes, ZERO issues. I clean the bed of the printer before I start. The only time I have to cancel a print is when I forget to clean the bed (PLA does not stick. NOT a PLA issue, a dirty bed doesn't stick well.). This IS the only PLA I will buy. I have built a BUNCH of brackets for PCBs, switches, servo mounts.a lot of robotics related plastic parts. If I have an issue, it is not the reel, it's something I did. I use what works, and when I go through this 1000 foot reel, I will buy the exact same reel. I am not compensated by these folks at all, for the 'new folks'. maybe you can find something a little cheaper. good luck. I got this for just over $20. I'm surprised I still have some left. UGH. This is the PLA for the new folks. Dialing in your printer is bad enough, having that WITH a crappy reel, good luck. Hope I said enough about it.
