I just received these chargers yesterday, we started charging our phones and then a message popped up. We've never seen this message before, so we keep calculating. These chargers caused a problem with my iPhone. My phone won't turn on anymore, I took it to the Apple Store and couldn't recover it. So now my phone is nothing but a paperweight. WARNING if a message appears when charging the phone saying it does not support software. Stop charging immediately! I've used other chargers and never had this problem. The same thing happened to my wife's phone, but thank goodness we caught it in time. We did what the Apple Store guy told us, reset their phone and stopped using non-Apple iPhone chargers.
