For those looking for comparative shopping, let me save your time. ALL Teamfar, EZfar and P&P cooking lines are made by the same manufacturing company. I wasn't sure at first, but after purchasing the kits it became clear, from packaging to box, they are exactly the same products. All have an engraving in 18/0 stainless steel under the articles. Stay away from Foxrun products as they are much thinner and lighter than these three 'brands'. I say "brands" because they don't really differ. Buy the cheapest version in the sizes you want and need as it is the same product but at a branded price. I mixed and matched the different items I needed from three different brands at the best prices. They haven't rusted yet and look good. There are no handles like aluminum or non-stick pans, so you'll need plenty of half-sheet pans to hold these pans. Happy to replace all of my teflon, dark nonstick, and aluminum bakeware except half sheets. No harm because I always use parchment paper (much better than silpats - removed all of them too) and I don't use sour food on trays. All the stainless steel pans have such horrible reviews and photos of buckling that I'll stick with the only aluminum pan. Buy them and replace all the carcinogenic junk.
