The customer service is top notch! I have never had any issues using their products or services, which always makes me happy when it comes time to make an update or purchase something new from them. Sometimes my account needs some attention but they respond quickly with helpful advice and solutions. This tool has been incredibly useful in helping us build out social media platforms so we can reach more of our target customers through those channels. Our main goal was creating content that people would share across multiple mediums like Instagram and Facebook as well as Twitter. We also wanted to be able to schedule posts at specific times during certain days of each week to keep up with what's happening around town (and world) without taking too much effort away from other tasks such as running sales events, attending networking opportunities etc.
