In general, the product can be used as a cable and housing, but the core and fittings are designed for use with a larger housing, so all of them can be used. So you get half of what they send in the form of a small cable/housing assembly plus a core coil and unusable fittings. I'll look around and see if there's a bigger box here to pack everything up.
