Does not work with more than one device

Broken from a Yippee box. Works only when 1 USB device is connected to this 3-port USB hub. When I connect more than one USB device to this USB hub, none of the connected USB devices work. If I unplug one of the USB devices, the other is recognized by my PC and works, but when I plug a second USB device into this USB hub, both devices do not work.
