First off the item is very cute and flattering. I really wanted to give a good review because the jumpsuit itself is great in terms of looks. My garment did arrive late, but okay things happen, I didn’t think much of it.However, this company has been really hard to work with. They sent me the garment w/ a broken belt loop. More concerning, the top of the jumpsuit has elastic at the top to hold it in place. On my garment the elastic was twisted in the back and stitched in place that way, so I am unable to straighten it out. This is unfortunate, but again, it does happen. I purchased the exact same jumpsuit from them which did arrive quickly and in good condition. I reached out to the company over a week ago (might even be 2 weeks at this point) to try and return the faulty garment and figured it wouldn’t be an issue. I have provided pictures to them which they had requested, but they want me to send more "clear” pictures of the elastic in the back. I explained to them that I purchased another garment from them so they are NOT losing any money and my pictures are clear, I have provided pictures I sent them here in this review. It is over a week and I’m still going back and forth about returning this garment, why?! This has been horrible costumer service in my opinion and becoming frustrating. I have been very patient and polite with them, I want to return a faulty garment. I am not sure why this is an issue! I’m hoping to provide a more positive update but this my situation at the moment. Hopefully other shoppers considering purchasing from this vendor have a better experience.Update: the seller has provided me a full refund on the damaged item. I do appreciate this and I am changing my review from 1 star to 4. Again, the item itself is super cute, flattering, and light enough for summer days. This was just one of those unfortunate events and risk you take ordering online vs purchasing in the store.
