The interface is very informative, easy to use, and makes it simple for me to monitor my competitors in real time. I am able to find out what my competition is doing at any given time. It gives me a good idea about their marketing strategy. Overall, great product. Nothing bad to say at all. A little bit pricey but I guess that is expected when you are dealing with such high-end technology. I recommend using this software as it really helps keep an eye on what your competitor is up to. It has been very helpful for us.
