Partly fleece lining
This waterproof Columbia jacket is not fully lined with fleece. There is very little on the fleece lining as shown in the photos. Also, only half of the cuffs are elastic. Columbia has done a really bad job of phasing out materials. I cannot recommend this jacket due to the poor quality.
