Poor quality of pillows and mattress

Was very disappointed with this mattress. I bought it in January and the return date was in February. When I opened it a few days ago (now April), I was very surprised that there was no more air in it. It turned out that the seam had come undone. I used the repair patch that came with the kit but it didn't stick. I guess it's my fault for buying it long before I was ready to use it, but who knew the seam was open? :(
