Very thin material. This twists excess tape material. The metal bar that's supposed to hold the strap in place doesn't move, so there's no way to fix this without cutting the remaining strap, which I don't want to do. In case you're wondering, my wrists are medium sized. I have one of the striped belts for the weekend and I don't have this problem with this belt. I'm disappointed because it's much more appropriate for work than naked (hence the day off).
