I've been shopping for a few months. I had no luck finding a sufficient raise. I needed a stronger lens, I started a jewelry course, I chose some beads to make a bracelet for my granddaughter. Needless to say, I couldn't see stepping on a pin or hole in a bead. When I searched Amazon I found that they have several magnification ranges to choose from. Best of all they had a vision chart to help you with your decision. My choice was 6+. I like that the clip on it works best for me and fits like it has two positions when you flip it.
