Ease of use, great customer service when we needed it most (after closing for Christmas) - very responsive! I can not think about anything that would make me want to switch from this program right now!! Great way manage my events with many different things at hand in one place- including guests lists through out our community center year round. Love being able to see all information related directly under recreation department as well! We have been using RD since its inception 2years ago so no complaints here yet but looking forward too what will come next. ! The ease of use, the customization options, the ability to add your own content and the fact that it is so easy to manage all of our events. I dislike the fact that there are some features that could be better like the ability to have a custom logo for each event. It's a great platform to use for your organization. We have been able to create a very specific look and feel for each event we host. This has allowed us to keep things consistent across all of our events.
