Bought for my mother in law when she needs help getting up from a chair or bed or in the bathroom. Easy to install in the wall and very noisy. Over 50 melodies/songs to choose from. Easy to program. Each button can be programmed to a specific melody. For two different people you can take care of different parts of the house. For example bathrooms or bedrooms etc. One button is tied to her bed and the other she wears or puts on her walker. I love that you can just turn it off and take it with you when traveling or visiting. She has Parkinson's disease and cannot speak very loudly at all. Now all she has to do is lightly press a button and we know she wants or needs help!
