I'm writing this review after owning this cuff for about 24 hours and it's already been a trip. I bought it because I knew it was small. I have tiny 6.5 inch wrists so I have a hard time shopping for watch straps and cuffs. This unbuckled leather cuff is approximately 8.5 inches long and my wrists are on the last few knots of this strap. I can't imagine who comes first. I had to shave off the leather lugs that attach to the watch itself, which was my biggest problem. Mind you, I'm not just talking about reducing the over-width to 18mm, which is what I expected and did. I mean the little leather straps were too thick. I scraped off several layers of leather and ran the utility blade over and over again to give the watch's lugs just enough room to snap into place. It was an effort and if I hadn't already worked with leather as a hobby I doubt I would have known about it. was too free. I don't know if I just got a broken strap or something, but it might as well not have a loop because the end of the cuff was just sticking out, even though it should look neatly tucked in. I shortened it by about a quarter. length and sewed it with black nylon thread as you can see in the photo. Now everything looks as it should and I can attest to the quality of workmanship on this leather. I wish I didn't have to spend a whole day trying to get this watch strap to work properly (hence only 3 stars), but I'm glad I have a quality strap that looks good and is comfortable enough to fall off. sleep without realizing it.
