Overall, I'm pleased, thus I'm giving it 5 stars. The loss of sound is certainly linked to the loss of bluetooth, however I have yet to determine what causes the bluetooth to be lost. There seems to be no discernible pattern, albeit it has occurred on multiple, infrequent occasions. Perhaps the amount of charge plays a role. Please share your thoughts here if you know the answer or have experienced a similar issue. The pluses: Both the low and high frequencies are well-executed. The ergonomics are decent, and the ear pads prevent the headphones from slipping out of the ear. The design is normally offset, and I personally own the olive colorway. Cons: There are brief pauses in the audio every so often (the cause of which is currently unknown).
