I rarely return but it just wasn't worth the price (even with a discount code). The sound quality is really bad - lows are cut off (but with increased bass impact) and there are almost no highs. I'm not a sound snob, but for this price I expected better sound than my $20 headphones. Also, the ear pads are very small (and my ears aren't big), so after 5 minutes of wearing them, they became uncomfortable. The only good thing is the active noise cancellation (sort of) - it did a good job of adjusting the stove/AC noise around the house, but I bought it for plane travel. With bad bass, I doubt it filters out very low frequency rumble. I will take it upon myself to bring her back.
