Does this microphone arm work? Yes. It's perfect? No, I bought a boom for my Fifine microphone to use in the classroom. Since it's in my classroom, I take it apart every night and remove the microphone from the boom to lock it. The problem is that the threads on the stem don't quite line up with the microphone. The microphone is a bit loose. It screws in but wears out the threads of both. Clearly. That tells me that eventually it won't work at all. Signs of wear on the thread are already visible after a month of use. Also lubricate the joints as they do not move smoothly. Although it's good for its price.
