I definitely recommend buying, I didn't notice any disadvantages.

Its pros:
At the time of purchase, the cheapest m-itx board, for ryzans with integrated graphics
Different cons:
1. Very disgusting native sound
2. Of the three sets of RAM, I never took it consistently above 3400 MHz
