This is a great value case that does what it's supposed to: - Provide good protection for my iPad. It's a rigid body, light weight and reinforced edges. It really fits and the holes for the buttons, camera lenses and switches are perfectly aligned. It's very economical. But there are some things it doesn't do very well: The built-in lid magnet isn't strong and doesn't hold the lid in place. It is cumbersome to carry and the lid opens by itself. - When closed, the lid is loose and may shake on the surface of the iPad and put the iPad in "wake" mode. - The lid flips up to form a stand. In a horizontal position, if you don't move it, it's fine. It is unstable in portrait mode. If it has to be replaced at some point, I will probably not buy a second one, but buy an Apple case.
