Having just installed the front fenders on a 2015 Suburban, I started out with great optimism. Aside from the fact that the rear screws are 7mm hex instead of the Torx 15 screws used on the front, installation should be easy. Suffice it to say it wasn't that easy, although the Husky fenders weren't to blame. The removal of three 7mm bolts allowed for a slight increase in clearance between the rear fender well housing components. To install the fender I used a mirror to see if the holes lined up since I didn't remove the rear wheel. After some time and hassle I finally tightened all 3 screws. Again, with the tire installed, it was not possible to drill the required hole in the fender liner for the fourth bolt that came with the fenders. I ended up using an awl to puncture the fiberboard-like liner and then a short Phillips screwdriver to press the protective cover against the liner. After spending too much time and patience with this method, I removed the other rear wheel and simply installed another fender. I used the stitching method again to make another hole as it was quicker than reaching in with a cordless drill. In short, if you have the opportunity, remove the rear wheels before installation. If you have 18" wheels instead of 20", this may not be necessary as you may have a little more room to work. Plus, Husky fenders look great, fit perfectly, are guaranteed for life, and are made in good ol' USA.
