I have tiny ramekins but when they came out I thought I needed them for the French onion soup my family loves. I made the soup in the Instant Pot and then divided the soup between six bowls that I bought last week. It's the perfect soup size and the stuck cheese was a lot easier to remove than regular onion soup skins. I can't wait to make individual fruit chips when the berries show up again in the Northeast. I bought white ones to match another set of bowls. By the way, my husband is using bowls and chopping veggies for my next soup, Pea Dill Leek Soup!
