Very disappointed

I have the impression that Arris Surfboard is a good and respected brand. However, this article does not live up to this reputation. The signal started disappearing about a month after purchase. And it keeps falling. I have to restart and reboot devices every time. This lasted long enough to ensure the return window had expired. I don't know if this is the product itself or what this seller is selling as Arris. In any case, I advise against buying this product from this seller. If you've had success with Arris products in the past, I suggest buying elsewhere with a nicer return period than a month.
