I had trouble ordering bracelets at first (I wanted aquamarine but got amethyst instead). The seller noticed the problem and apologized and made sure the bracelet I wanted was shipped. I'm glad to know that they monitor the reviews and follow-ups from their customers. Bracelets (despite the fact that I saw amethyst, they were shiny and beautiful - perfect for my niece).
