You get what you pay for. For $13 for the dog coat, you get plastic pads on the bottom that attach with Velcro. It's a little stiff as the wraps on the bottom appear to be filled with plastic instead of padding. The rest is OK. I have a Large for Hazel (45lbs, large chest with a small waist) and it fits great. Doesn't get dirty when going to the potty. The material is thin but keeps you warm. It's fine for our purposes (sometimes in Georgia winters), but not if you want something heavier. At least it looks really cute!
