Too difficult for 8-9 year olds, much better for 12+
Love it and it's a great puzzle! Good solid parts. It's a lot harder than I thought though. It was difficult even for me. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I think the age range might be wrong. My 9 year old son who this was designed for finds it too hard and would rather give up and I find it too hard for his level - and he's usually good at color puzzles like Rubik's Cube and the like. I think we'll put it off until he's older and then I know he'll enjoy it a lot more. I think the age range should be 11 or 12+ not 8+.
