August and Thursday were broken in half and it was very disappointing that I had to sort letters, numbers, and symbols myself. There is an exorbitant amount of them to sort! I would recommend to the seller packaging letters separately or even organize them for customers according to the organizational chart that was included. I am not sure yet if the seller would be willing to send a new August and Thursday. but also, the box that holds the letters is not secure enough to keep sorted letters etc in their places once sorted, as soon as box is on its side or shaken, everything gets messed up… could be improved… also, punctuation marks are super tiny and ridiculous… and there are extra edges still attached to letters etc that didn’t break off. The sign itself is beautiful and just what I wanted. The box and easel however are unfinished and present a splinter risk.
