WayUp has been great to utilise as they offer quick turnaround of all candidates

Easy process for applicants; we are able see who applied/was invited along side us so there's no double checking required - which makes life easier! The system can be slow at times during application days but this isn't too much an issue once you know what works best in your organization when it comes time applying online vs offline applications or paper resumes etcetera.. Honestly I would highly recommend using wayup if looking into how many people apply via our website versus other methods such LinkedIn referrals / wordofmouth recruitmentetc... We have seen large increases since introducing WAYUP across both campus hires & corporate relocations within UQ.

Pros

Including all candidates regardless their background as long they're qualified enough (& meet minimum requirements) !!! This is great because most platforms make one group think otherwise about certain qualifications that may not always match up perfectly well..Way Up donates $5 dollars

Cons
