I can't use a knife. It has no grooves to insert blades into, it's rock solid and smooth. If I don't want to hold the blades with my fingers, I can't use them. Everything else seems fine, at least where it is. I can't verify them for sure. EDIT: Seller was quick to contact and acknowledged the possibility of a manufacturing defect and offered to send a replacement. So far the customer service has been great and easy to follow. Update pending replacement. EDIT 2 (092520): Delivery took a little while which I find normal given the course of COVID but the replacement was delivered promptly as promised by customer service so the delay is not the fault of the company itself. The replacement is fully functional (at least the knife can be considered as such) and I have no complaints. Thanks for the quick solution.
