Seriously the WORST experience ever. I was very excited when I discovered this shower head and couldn't wait for it to arrive. I installed it and found that without the water restrictor the water seemed huge and powerful and just A LOT of water fell out. But I thought, okay, maybe I'll like it. After all, anyone who has made reviews cannot be wrong. Right? So fast forward, I'm in the shower. I wash my hair first and try hard to like the huge amount of water that just pours out, but I really don't like it. It's like water from a big hose. These are big fat drops but there's just no style or class in the water if that makes sense? No sophistication that speaks of elegance or quality. It's just thick, fat water pouring out. But that's not the worst. Worst of all the main problem with this shower head is that after I wash my face and rinse the shampoo out of my hair I start with my face I hardly have time to wash my face and ears when suddenly this WATER is NOT HOT at all. I seriously had to take an ice cold shower. Goodbye luxury hopes, hello time trials, the fastest shower of my life. And no, I don't have a small kettle. It's full size and I've never had a problem without hot water. It was just awful. The worst shower of my life. Btw I even tried a water restrictor if it might make a difference. But when I do that, there's no distance to the water, it just falls almost straight down. There is no sim so I didn't bother using the shower that way. I am sending it back immediately for a refund and I am again looking for a new shower head. Hashtag sad face.
