I like this scale. Its accuracy is top notch and very user friendly. I use it three times a day to weigh my food for my meal plan. I love that you can put a plate on it and then turn it on where it goes to zero to ignore the weight of the plate and only weigh what you put on the plate. So you don't have to get the weighing plate dirty. You can also turn on the scale, place the platter on the scale platter and zero, so there are two ways to get this result. I have tested it for accuracy several times and each time it has been accurate which means the products have to be weighed and weighed again to see if it gives the same number. It's also lightweight and comes with batteries, so you don't need to buy batteries right away. There is a plastic wrap over the weight plate in the package, so it will be shiny and attractive when you take it off for the first time. I recommend this hand scale. You won't be disappointed at all. In fact, I might be one more to have on hand. Beware of buying cheaper scales, they are definitely worth the money.
