Bought for a 3 year old. He likes it very much. The included toothbrush timer is great for making sure we're spending enough time and also for cutting out brushing time when it gets too silly/addicting. After a few months we had issues with it not working, contacted support and spoke to a real person - NO PHONE TREE! Hanna was extremely helpful and the customer service was some of the best I've experienced. They have confirmed this is a one-time issue but will be escalating the information to the appropriate team for follow-up and sending a replacement. Good experience. If you have the same problem with a big brand you can try calling, but you won't find it easy to reach the person when you do, or they're too big to really care about your only toothbrush problem To take care of. I would give Brusheez a 10 ⭐️ if only I could for the customer service and support for their product. Add to that the toothbrush is cute and makes my little one want to brush her teeth and 5 stars just isn't enough!
