This is a good sized pouf, but it is a very short fiber material. They would be perfect for facial use (if they weren't so big) and although I use them, they are not what I was looking for. They are not "fluffy", the fibers are too short so it takes many taps on the powder compact instead of just one to load the powder puff to apply the powder to the powder puff and then to the body. They are comfortable and soft. there is simply no fuzz for them. The box is a transparent plastic box and is good for traveling because it closes tightly. just a bit too tight, i'm having a hard time opening it. However, no powder will be sprayed when opening, closing or removing the puff, which is very convenient for travel.
