We bought 2 of these sets for our 3 year old friend for Christmas. We gave him 1 to take away and 1 to leave at our house so we can play when he comes. He liked it very much. I had these sets when we lived near the beach but they weren't that well made and not that durable in this set! Not to mention they didn't have a soft ball for the indoor game which is AWESOME! When our college-age kids were home for Christmas, they would tear it apart and play with it almost every day! They had so much fun and giggled like little kids as they passed it around the house! Most of the sets fell apart after being raped by a handful of school kids but this one was well made and held up to all the late night shenanigans inside and out! Whenever Max comes to us, we always take him with us and he takes him with us. Sometimes he likes to throw racquets like it's a frisbee like a normal 3 year old and this set stands up to all the fun and games a 3 year old (and a group of college students) might throw at him! The velcro is very strong and the paddles are very strong.
