This is absolutely the best toy we have bought in a long time! When purchased for our 2 yr old we figured it would be something for him to grow into the age appropriate time frame and he has enjoyed it completely from the moment he has played with it. It is sturdy, solid and just the right size and height for him to reach the working light. All tools are chunky and easily handled by him, however since he is still a little young I do not let him have the screwdriver on his own only because of his running around with toys. He loves the hammer, drill and the look like wood pieces. It's a learning toy as well as an enjoyment. And even fun for Mom and Dad to help build the cute projects.We had only one issue with the drill and the company immediately replaced upon notice. Great purchase and happy customers! Thank you Step2!
