Great Product For Live TV Show Production

We used it at work for many years now, mainly as source of statistics like viewers ratings/dials stats etc from all over Europe (Netherlands included). It's free software which means you have some security issues if your not 100% sure about what information someone can access with this programmme or who has rights when using themselfs so they could extract everything out there including personal data! Good tool but also very well known by now too much users know how things are done here sometimes we need something fresh because people become lazy ;) I think most problems were solved within 6 months after launch. There was nothing really bad i encountered yet other than maybe performance slowing down quite often since last versions upgrade though still working fine :) try once use only one time test version before deciding whether its right solution - don't forget backups ;-) The ability for us as an agency/production house, who are often not technically savvy ourselves, access live transmission information without having any technical knowledge or skillset of our own; This makes it very easy! They also provide excellent customer service - always willing & able help if you need them.- No problems at all- Would like more features (such as multi camera feeds) but this isn't something they have currently offered so we're happy with what's there now.
