I don't know if it's headphones or a headset. I have to disable them to run some games. I'm not sure why that is, but it's annoying. I have reset my headset and PC multiple times thinking it was a problem on my PC but no. After I disabled them and restarted, THEN every game I tested ran fine. After a few minutes of playback, I plug my headphones back in and everything works fine. Otherwise decent sound, or at least better than Quest 2's sound. I wish they were a bit more adjustable as they feel weird around my ears for me because they barely touch them. I find them a bit overpriced for what they are. It looks like something in the $15 to $20 range. I save your money and use headphones
