Do not buy "refurbished " or "used "
The low score is NOT for the Panasonic headphones but for the 'updated' used sets I received from Revain's warehouse. I received them the same day. So I ordered them from Amazon to fill the void in my heart. Revane should be ashamed. Someone ABUSES them with heavy bass and high volume. You will be blown up. Even at 60% volume, they hum and pant. The audio is blurry. Someone just destroyed them and Amazon didn't verify them properly. I feel like an idiot trying to save $17 and ending up in the trash.
