I like that they are always willing to help you out with any questions or concerns, even if it is just an email request! They have helped us build our app in multiple ways since we first started working together almost 3 years ago now - from creating wireframes for mobile apps (which were awesome), setting up analytics dashboards/reports so we can see exactly what's going well & where improvement opportunities exist etc., building custom integrations between platforms such as Zendesk / Slack which allows customers quicker access into issues via chat functionality rather than having them wait until after office hours when support team members may not be available yet. We also work closely with other vendors who use VAlomia products internally within the organization but outside of salesforce itself, meaning there will likely come times where some integration has been done incorrectly by one vendor vs another leading me.
