I don't know what it is but my kids (girls) always end up playing Beyblade. They will have a lot of toys, but they always come back to Beyblade battles. I suspect friends in schools play the same way and fight each other. This set is an addition to my girls collection. They have several basic blades and she said they are an amazing set. The extract launchers are also a nice bonus. I can join them and run at the same time. Beyblade came with tiny stickers. Some precision is required to attach it accurately. I helped the girls put stickers, but they have to do the rest themselves. It's definitely time consuming but fun. All in all this is a good set. My daughter seems to appreciate it a lot more than the clothes she gets as a gift.
