1. Very powerful for hardwood or tile floors and carpets.2. Light weight3. The cable is long enough. Stand straight and not leaning against the wall.5. Can be cleaned under beds - flattens 180 degrees and the head rotates. I collect all the dust under the bed without moving the bed - with Dyson I have to move the bed. I also have a Dyson, but it's much heavier. The Dyson has the same problem - I have to hold down the "on" button for it to work and after vacuuming the Dyson for a while my finger starts to hurt. In this vacuum it clicks and stays, freeing my fingers. The only downside is that removing the cleaning bin is a little tricky - it takes a few minutes each time I need to empty it compared to the Dyson where it's just a click away. However, I would trade the Dyson for 1/3 the price. Highly recommend - it's perfect for dormitories and college dormitories.
