I saw this advertised on another site for twice the price. I'm glad I found it on Amazon for a cheaper price. This is a beautiful addition to my living room. It came in a huge heavy box. It wasn't difficult to assemble by myself. The trunk is made of hard plastic and consists of segments that slide onto the B-pillar and the levels screw into the B-pillar between the trunk segments and hold them in place. It's heavy and durable. Good for climbing. my cat loves it Now his favorite game (dogs don't share this feeling) is playing death from above. He hides behind the leaves and looks at the dogs. Then he falls on her like a leopard on a gazelle. Have fun for the cat. Dogs are slowly learning to avoid the Kitten Death Tree. He likes to sharpen his claws on grass bits. And he will sometimes lie under a tree in the grass as if it were a shady tree. He trains himself by climbing on it. Now he can run all the way to the top without stopping. He does his arms fairly well between levels when he lifts himself up with his front paws like he's doing push-ups. The dogs noticed this and became more cautious again. In short: the cat gives five stars. Dogs are interested in the right of return.
