The only problem we had with this phone is the voicemail notification. Even though we don't have phone messages, the phone incorrectly tells us we have messages. We delete the warning and it just reappears after a few hours. Very frustrating when you really want to be notified when you have a message. We check our voicemail every morning just in case as the notifications on this phone are unreliable. Other than that, it's a great phone system. Easy to use and understand. We bought this to be able to transfer calls to our outgoing mobile phone and it was easy to set up.
