Everything seems to work fine if you follow the instructions
It says to put a drop of thread sealant on the sensor which I did and it doesn't leak at all. There is also talk of using a relay for fans that draw over 10 amps. The Hayden 526 cooler I used draws about 7-8 amps on startup so I used a relay for safety.
