Review on OneBar by Stephen Cernatescu

I liked how easy this program was, when set up right after we first used our new phone system! The support staff at A1 worked with us every step of way - they were extremely helpful as well; very professional & friendly too!! This product solved one problem that my previous VOIP service didn't solve (the ability just put calls through without having someone pick them up).

Our office now looks "professional" again since all employees have their phones out front so everyone knows who's calling whom & what number/area code to dial if needed. My only suggestion would be maybe offer more features than you do? Perhaps not everything could come from within but rather use outside resources such as wikipedia etc.? We're able to get any type assistance via email which cuts down time spent waiting by others.
