Review on Omnigrid by Ognjen Cao

I love to sew, so I was eager to use the Omnigrid tools for my most recent project. My interactions with the company, however, were mostly disappointing. First of all, when I got their rulers, the lofty expectations raised by their name and repute were unfulfilled. The ruler's lines weren't precise enough to provide the precision I was expecting for, which resulted in blunders and aggravation while I was sewing. The company also claims to offer "a wide selection of unique rulers and ruler racks," but I found their selection of products to be quite restricted and unimaginative. Nothing distinguished their tools from those made by other manufacturers on the market. Finally, they provided poor customer service. When I expressed my concerns, I received flippant comments and no attempt to make things right. It was obvious that they did not care about the opinions or contentment of their clients. Overall, I was disappointed and dissatisfied with my interaction with Omnigrid. I wouldn't suggest this business to other sewers and crafters.
